A frame agreement with us is similar to the independent consultant suppliers you use for IT but focused at creative services, innovation and marketing/media instead. This approach lets you have a a customized agency that can be formed differently over time with hand-picked talents depending on your needs. Some just might want to use it to up-skill their teams and others might want to use it as an outsourced in-house. The setup also let you keep existing niche agencies within the overarching frame agreement together with freelancers but with a neutral team lead and less middle men. Regardless of your needs, this approach is more flexible and effective than the traditional setups, removing silos and improving collaboration.
Temporary team members
Sometimes it doesn’t make sense for a particular individual to be a permanent member of your teams. They might have a skill that’s only needed occasionally and someone you don’t have in your organisation. That’s when a temporary team member makes sense. They’ll be just like any other team member during the sprint, and they’ll be fully informed about everything that’s going on to be able to work more effectively. Once the experts work is not needed anymore, they can roll off the team until their expertise is needed again. The temporary members should be planned as an external dependency prior to sprint planning to make sure they are available but also to give them the possibility to be fully integrated. In summary:
