We Were There consists of an independent Nordic network of industry experts, niche agencies and freelancers with competencies related to creative services, marketing, media, content, branding, sales, data, analytics, customer experience and service development.

Join the network if you feel that you want to be part of something new. We have just started but are already growing rapidly. In our first month we grew with over 400 competences. The more we are the stronger we can become!

Besides the agency friends we also have a lot of freelancers and strategic experts in the network that can take things further and help with strategy, ideation, innovation, facilitation, tactics and defining/refining/executing on backlogs.

The unbiased advisory board

Should we educate our marketing managers before we build up in-house? - Do we need to define customer journeys before we start creating content hubs? - What parts of media buying should we bring in-house and what should still be external? - Do we need to improve the customer experience BEFORE create a branding campaign? - Should we get our data together before we invest in more martech?

You probably already get a lot of external advice around these topics today but knowing that all agency and consultancy partners represent their own interests to some extent makes it hard to know how to prioritize initiatives and budgets. We Were There is connected to an unbiased advisory board of industry experts from different areas that gathers as an interdisciplinary team from time to time to discuss overarching matters, prioritizing initiatives and trying to define dream valley set-ups. The board members are not representing any agencies or consultancy firms which makes their input more unbiased and based on real-world experience.
