A better alternative to the traditional agency setup

How does it work?

We always want to start with an initial audit at the client to identify scope and qualifications needed for both the team and the team-lead. We start with identifying the right team-lead since we want that person to be involved in finding the right team.

SCREENING

Based on the needed qualifications for the team we start to contact the most relevant persons in the network. We tell you about the client and the project(s) to check if you are interested and available. If there is a predefined budget or rates we will also inform you of that as well. If you are available and interested we ask for some relevant references.

SELECTION

After the screening is done we present the most relevant persons to the client/team lead with our recommendation. There can be a need for an interview or negotiation on scope/budget/invoicing at this point. When we reach an agreement with everyone involved the team setup is complete. Depending on the complexity we decide what percentage we take on billing.

Startup

Before the team starts to work you will have a one day facilitated kick-off. Besides getting to know each other in the team we want to outline things like gaining an understanding of the group's purpose, determining how the team will be organized, who will be responsible for what and outlining the general group rules. Work starts and you will be co-located with the team when needed.
