WHAT IS We Were There?

We help decision makers and brands to define and execute on clear roadmaps (primarily) related to sales- and MarCom transformation through digitalisation, AI and CX.

We Were There started in 2019 by Dan Lindgren who experienced a growing need for someone to help clients with unbiased advice around this topic. Most bigger consulting firms and agencies have a business model that prevents them from being unbiased in their advise. We work together with a network of highly experienced independent consultants and freelancers.

Who is it for?

Our focus is on helping executive boards, C-suite members (CMO, CEO etc.) and transformational teams with advice, roadmaps, policies and strategic initiatives. We usually stay on board as advisors when implementing the roadmaps, helping with everything from change management, strategic sparring and second opinion.
